FRIDAY is cow and bull sale.

SATURDAY is jackpot, stocker & feeder calves, Friday calves and leftovers, the sale ends with cows & bulls.

IF needing trucking arrangements call 620-223-4600.

We now offer a cattle collection point at Smith Farms, South-East of Butler, MO. on 52 Hwy. Trucks run every Friday and Saturday to Ft. Scott.

PLEASE ADVISE THE OFFICE IF YOU WILL BE PICKING UP YOUR FRI/SAT CONSIGNER CHECK OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE MAILED OUT ON MONDAY at 3:00. We mail both sale day checks out together on Monday, no mail goes out on Friday or Saturday. Mail service can take up to 21 business days. We will not replace a check until 21 business days unless the customer would like to pay the 26.00 stop pay fee to replace the check.

Yard man on duty to receive cattle: during the week, all night Friday and Saturday. Load out until noon on Sunday.

PLEASE NOTE: if sale gets over early with a short run or they don’t expect trucks in, yard workers will get their chores done & may lock up, it is not a given that our workers will stay all night Saturday.

Do not call load-out phone# to pick up a check if the door is locked. Sunday check pickup is an “iffy” situation. It is best to pickup a check thru the weekend or Monday 9:00-3:00 or Thursday 9:00-3:00.
